Add ability to promote shortlisted property #54

The user should be able to promote a shortlisted property to an actual property that shows in the 'Your properties' view.

Must be done after #53

This would be useful because if a shortlisted property is then purchased by the landlord, they wouldn't have to re-enter all the property details
