Access to LL is completely free for tenants.
Access to landlords is free or £4.99 a month
Access to agencies is free

Above the existing table, use a toggle button.

"I am a tenant" on the left, smaller text.
"I am a landlord" in the middle, larger text, pre-selected
"I am an agency" on the right, smaller text
