Remove all the shit. #10

Hey,

I've removed request and registry-url and refactored the code.

The result is extremely clean package, with very few lines of code; all self-contained.

I will add you to the repo & npm; we can then merge this - but there may be a time where I change the style back to standard or something similar. Sound okay?
