Add CDNJS version badge in readme #204

This will add the badge to show its version on CDNJS and also link to its page on CDNJS.

I would be interested in taking over further development and repair of string.js library if this is possible. And if it's possible, I would like to know what steps I need to take to get going. I think, this is a great project and should be salvaged if possible.
