Is TIMTHUMB making my slider unable to load?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://littleguylegal.com - slides not loading.
2. Same theme and plugin at http://assetprotection365.com - but slides load 
just fine.
3. I just installed latest version of TimThumb
4. A friend says, 

Looks like this is the image it's trying to load for the first slide is:

For some reason it has the timthumb.php which is the resizer, so, I think this 
URL is incorrect. It should be more like:

http://littleguylegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/living-trust-legal-forms2.j

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?  Expect slide show, just 
see loading on TheThe Image Slider

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?  Latest 
version, Windows 7
