Thumbnails not displaying #409

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.On my website myblogie.com thumbnails are not displayed.
2.When I try to copy my thumbnails image url it showing as 
"http://myblogie.com/wp-content/themes/respo/js/timthumb.php?src=&w=200&h=150"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version of wordpress and latest version of timthumbs.php and PHP 5.3

Please provide any additional information below.

there is no image source. This is an issue with your theme not timthumb.php
