Won't display the thumb.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.if u go on the webpage the thumb wont display.
2. http://www.bestpictures.nl/dahlia-en-remy-zwangerschapsfotos/

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1.instead i see a broking image link because it wont get the: 
&w=330&h=220&zc=1&q=100
2. the image himself works fine:
http://www.bestpictures.nl/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/Dahlia-en-Liv-1.jpg

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i'am using version 2.8.11
working on windows and mac.

First of all, you have permissions problems on your timthumb.php file. Set it 
to 777 to solve this.

Then, I suppose only the "No image specified" will remain (wich is currently my 
problem now, if you find a way to solve this please share it with me).

The prrmissions are all set to 777 i've checked it in filezilla and dreamweaver.
The theme and timthumb.php are 777.

the permissions are not set. that bold warnings are about permission problems. 
solve that first.
