Implement support for dtn globus package install and config #3

Complete the support for globus package and configure. Compare the existing playbook to the the one developed by the XSEDE Campus Bridging effort. The XSEDE Compatible Basic Cluster includes an Ansible playbook which part of a ROCKS6 Roll.

Adjust the existing globus-yum.yaml playbook or adopt this base.
