Teams missing from team selection list #1087

This happened at the 2022 Minnesota state tournament. This typically happened with teams that are running much later than their scheduled time. I was able to see this happen using the 'All Tables' selection.

I spent some time trying to reproduce this and couldn't. I did make some changes to the code to make it more robust to SQL errors.
