Blank Rubric prints with default team number and name #1095

When printing blank rubric from Main Index page, the rubric has a team number, name, tournament and judging room filled in. (Team # is 111111, Name is "Really long team name, something" Judging Room is "State" Tournament is "Dummy"

Can these be removed so the blank rubric is truly blank?
