Bump xml2js, coveralls and selenium-webdriver in /src/main/web/extlib/js-joda/packages/timezone #1196

Removes xml2js. It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies xml2js, coveralls and selenium-webdriver. These dependencies need to be updated together.

Looks like these dependencies are no longer a dependency, so this is no longer needed.
