Make it clear how many runs each team has completed

• It would be nice if the score entry's main page gives an indication of how many rounds the team has already done. So an idea that came up is to do a color scale, the color of a team goes to red after round 1, then goes to yellow when they finish round 2, then finally green once they finish round 3. This way, it will be a quick indication to see which team is missing a round, and it's a quick way to verify that we're at the right round #.
• And building on previous idea of color coding. For the playoffs, maybe all teams start at green and as teams get eliminated, they turn black.

One needs to be aware of color blindness issues as well. I know we use green on the tablets to note that a score has been entered. In addition the score is on the line and team moves to the bottom of the list.

Issue #529 may also be a solution to this.

One thing to realize is that some tournaments do a 4th run instead of the head to head brackets, so that needs to be thought about as well.

The next run number is now part of the select team page. That should take care of this.
