Shader preference isn't being saved #20

I figured out how to set the shader to apply to all games.

https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Configuration-Editor/

Go to the retropie section within emulationstation, and choose 'configuration editor'.

...configure basic libreto emulator options ...configure default options for all libreto emulators ...video shader file etc.
