This is a great ready to go thumbnail annotation. Has this been updated to IOS 7 look and feel by any chance?

This hasn't been updated for iOS 7 yet. I'll keep this issue open until either myself or a generous contributor submits a PR.

In the meantime, I encourage you to check out @nfarina's calloutview.
