Kit builder UI #14

Add a shortcut to begin creating a "kit" asset from an existing asset. From there, provide all the necessary facilities to add pricing rules based on expected other items.

Adding a kit to a quote should prompt a special dialog in which the user selects all of the kitting options.

This requires #11 to be completed before we can proceed as the kitting UI should have a searchable textbox of all the assets.
