Maybe blindingly obvious. With this loaded, right-clicking on the study desk does noting and no study jobs get done.

Pity, it seems the 'Vanilla Expanded' mods are popular and this one adds a different function of skill training.
On the whole HR wins 9 of 10 times for me. Thanks for the mod!
