Major rewrite of README #24

Contents should be the same, but the order of text and phrasing have been changed to make the text easier to read and follow. Please review to ensure that I haven't accidentally made incorrect statements.

Could you consider adding an minimal example which shows how to use the resulting sensor to set the target temperature of a thermostat.

@jonasgustavsson I will take this first to readme_rewrite branch to edit this a bit before merging to master. @t-my I'll add some minimal example in the same go. Probably tomorrow.
