Trimmatic jar and adapters are correctly found #13

The pipeline was moving forward even though Trimmomatic jar and adapters were not found.

These changes aren't working on my system. Was trimmomatic already installed on your system?

Yes. May be we should check if it is already installed and grab binaries accordingly?

I will check on that.
