we've been trying to set-up the dDOCENT pipeline on our University HPC (VSC) and we have some issues.
We installed all tools, also had to reinstall some different versions, but I fear it is still a bit tricky to run the pipeline on its own. We might need to go for a custom scripts to run each tool separately.
Our first analysis returned a gzip broken pipeline error (see attached error log), any idea what we should finetune to get it to run on a HPC (local run was ok with same test dataset).
