Fix minor issues in in install script #4

Had some issues when I tried to install dDocent on UBUNTU 14.04 LTS, which this pulrequest should fix: 1) Bad substitution error: See e.g. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/20615217/bash-bad-substitution 2) No access to two git repositories (git:// gave access denied while https:// worked) 3) Double brackets in line 5 threw an error
