miniconda recipe with samtools bug? #69

Hey John,

Reinstalled dDocent on a new systems through miniconda, got this error:

RefMapOpt.sh 3 3 5 5 0.990 PE 16
Checking for required software
/miniconda3/envs/ddocent_env/bin/RefMapOpt.sh: line 27: [: : integer expression expected
The version of Samtools installed in your $PATH is not optimized for dDocent.
Please install at least version 1.3.0

Should be fixed with a patch in Bioconda and when new release is uploaded.
