Spruce up readme #73

This PR is purely cosmetic to make the README a bit more inviting and user-friendly.

Changes:

  1. "downloads" badge now links to the anaconda recipe
  2. added "documentation | website" badge that links to dDocent.com
    • the website needs to be updated/upgraded to https b/c my browser keeps throwing me unsafe warnings. Presumably others get this warning too (?)
  3. Added banner logo to the top, approximated from the header of the website
  4. Body block taken from home page of website
  5. Explicit installation instructions provided for both conda and manual methods
