Add a leech minion to the assets (currently only spawnable via console - not quite sure how/where to plug it in yet)
Refactor the code for the minions limits to be much nicer
Add Neckro hivemind in the form of a static list:
When a Neckro wants an item, it adds it to the list
Neckros looking for items omit items within that list
When the Neckro picks up the item from the list, the item is removed from the list

Edit config file to impose a limit on skeletons and draugr (different limit for each)
Edit the incrementer for each minion type (or leave it as default of 10)
Start game and check that you are being permitted to get new minions each time you get another X levels of Necromancy skill

This guy is supposed to be used for aquatic purposes eg. attacking other leeches, serpents, and swimming enemies. Use Shift+B with an Orb and some entrails and bloodbags in your inventory.
