workers: force change of target after X seconds #152

Description

Sometimes workers get stuck trying to reach something that they cannot actually reach.

Solutions

If the worker has been trying to harvest the same gameobject for a long time (eg. 1 minute) then it is likely that they are stuck and cannot reach it. Force a new scan and pick a different object.
