configurable item costs for neckros from pylons #206

Hi. I wonder if you could add a configuration where you can edit what items summon minions from pylons? Currently their tails are required to summon Neck. I would like to edit this configuration so that any item I choose will create a Neck the same goes for the other summoning pylons.
