Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. For issue https://github.com/ag-gipp/NLP-Land-frontend/issues/8 we need to implement some things in the backend.

Describe the solution you'd like Implement the following:

[x] An endpoint which offers paging for the retrieval of papers
[x] An endpoint which aggregates and counts the papers by year
