Add venues endpoints - Githubissues

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Issue https://github.com/ag-gipp/NLP-Land-frontend/issues/11 requires some things to be implemented in the backend.

Describe the solution you'd like Implement the following endpoints:

[x] Venues paged
[x] Venues aggregated and counted by year
[x] Top venues and their amount of published papers
[x] Stats like median, whiskers, etc. for the boxplot
[x] All endpoints should support filters
