Add affiliations endpoints - Githubissues

Add affiliations endpoints #29

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Issue https://github.com/ag-gipp/NLP-Land-frontend/issues/12 requires some things to be implemented in the backend.

Describe the solution you'd like Implement the following endpoints:

[ ] Affiliations paged
[ ] Affiliations aggregated and counted by year
[ ] Top affiliations and their amount of published papers
[ ] Stats like median, whiskers, etc. for the boxplot
[ ] All endpoints should support filters

Additionally:

[ ] Add an affiliations filter to the queryUtils, similar to venues and authors
