Update for TBC Classic #55

Tried to get this working for TBC Classic as best I could. Looked to be a UI issue with changes to the way Backdrops are handled. Updated the UI libraries used in the addon, and added the suggested modifications to the Frames created that use Backdrop calls. Hopefully this works, feedback would be appreciated.

Looks like I've missed some frames, I'll be pushing an update. If anyone is interested in testing this for me, please let me know.

Disclaimers - never made an addon, and I hate lua. I've probably done a bad thing or two with the libraries. But hopefully it'll be enough for people to use in the meantime, and for you to compare your better coding work to.

I think I've managed to get all the functions working. I don't think I've tested boss-EP, or recurring EP. But now all the basic functions are working for me at least. I'll probably be using it tomorrow night for raid, and I'll report in on any other issues I've found.
