Remove shabang from non-executable file #16

Thanks, it'll go out with any next release sometime in the future, if that's OK.

Yeah, no problem here! I've used sed to remove it while packaging it for Fedora, so it will hopefully end up in Fedora/EL soon :) (https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/?packages=python-wcwidth)
