v4.1.0 on npm doesn't include less files. #59

Hi,

The new release on npm (4.1.0) doesn't have any lib folder so the less files are not in the package anymore.

If this was intentional then the readme is out of date. If it wasn't intentional then I guess the package is incorrect.
