Still occurring: Range slider does not move in specified step using mouse drag when max value is big #7636

There are comments in the related closed issue (#7636) say that the slider will be rewritten to allow the mouse drag for a slider to have the maximum granularity of one pixel. A few months later, the issue was closed. We are experiencing the 100-step limit in current slider code. Could you please clarify the intended resolution for increasing the slider drag granularity to one pixel? Thanks very much!
