New Plugins and Recent Updates pages with pagination

It might be nice to scroll through a couple pages of recent updates / new plugins.

Just an idea, we don't have to do this.

There should also just be a simple way to browse all plugins, even though it may seem not particularly beneficial, it seems strange not to have
