I would like to see the "Released ___ ago" human readable time adjusted to reflect my local time, as I just updated a plugin and it's disconcerting for me and my OCD to see that it was released 8 hours ago.
My OCD would also like to complain about the word "Released". While a new version was released, it seems that statement would sound more correct by saying that the plugin was "Updated" to version x.
BTW, this has nothing to do with your local time. 8 hours ago is 8 hours ago for every time zone ;-) The timestamp is being stored correctly, but parsed incorrectly.
