Better searching #33

We should have a weighted search that searches across all content, including terms.

Poor searching was one of the main reasons most jQuery devs didn't use the plugin site, not because of spam.

Searching for a highly-rated jQuery Accordion that's compatible with IE7 and is built by a developer with a high reputation would be an example of a valuable search result.
