Fatal error: Unable to find local grunt. #7

Hi! When I try to run the command 'grunt serve' or any grunt related command I get the following error:

Fatal error: Unable to find local grunt.

This are my grunt and grunt-cli versions:

grunt-cli v0.1.11
grunt v0.4.2
