Use docs rather than spreadsheet for meeting notes #7

If noone objects, I think that the nature of the discussions for the content team meetings suits a doc better rather than a spreadsheet, as suggested by @gnarf. So if noone objects, I will make that change ready for our meeting on wednesday and will update the meetings repo accordingly.
