Updated to include the O'Reilly book, now that the link is working again. Thanks @leobalter for checking that.

One question for further implementation: can we use those "affiliated" links that could give us (the jQuery Foundation) a share for books bought through the links?

Regarding affiliate links, see this comment: https://github.com/jquery/qunitjs.com/issues/65#issuecomment-58656895 - in other words, maybe later.

I'll land this as is for now.
