Build: import redirects from infrastructure repo #107

Possible as of grunt-jquery-content 2.3.0, and now we want to port all redirects from the nginx configs to the site repos.

@gnarf Can you review this? Thanks.

I'd check on the /meeting/ one on splunk, see if /meetings/ also needs a redirect
