Fixes #113

Still a WIP, I'd like to focus on the substance, wording and additional bullet points (if we can think of any) rather than formatting at the moment. We can make it look pretty once we have the ideas down.

@dylans suggested some case studies / success stories following the bullets here, I think that would be great. Should we pick the biggest and most commonly used ones? They may not be representative of the projects we're recruiting though.

For a more detailed drill-down there is some good material here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1B7oqmFrpRgAk3O6Ev8ttknkqSqidl81FKzcv7fbMGg8/edit#heading=h.s6hxf4afpn2w

I think that depth of info might be better as a slide show or some other collateral that we'd use for project recruitment. It's too much text at the moment.

@dmethvin I was thinking we could pick a few that would give a good cross-section. For example, we could pick Tessel, Esprima, Intern, globalize, and lo-dash, as they represent a fairly good variety of projects? In my blog post about the board meeting ( https://www.sitepen.com/blog/2015/10/27/october-jquery-foundation-board-meeting/ ), I tried to categorize our projects in a meaningful set of groups, so that might be another way to think about what to include?

@dmethvin I really like where you went with the initial draft. Great explanations of each of the main points of what the foundation offers. Informative while very much keeping it terse and to the point.
