Change the donate page to use Stripe instead of PayPal #46

This way we'll have a single system for collecting both one-time donations as well as recurring membership dues.

Probably not worth it. I could evaluate the fee structures to see if there is any major savings but it's probably a small difference if any and I imagine people like the ability to use PayPal. Plus, this was already closed in March of 2013 so not sure why we're digging it back up

@kborchers This issue is still open. It's #44 that was closed. This is why I'm chasing up to see whether we should close this one.

Oh, my mistake. I would say we can close this since I just looked into the fee structures and PayPal and Stripe are identical at the rate we receive donations and if it increases to over $3000/month, PayPal would be better.
