Translating jQuery #69

Hi, is there any chance to translate jQuery's website or the library to different languages? Just an idea. Thanks!

Our documentation is released under the terms of the MIT license, so the community is free to translate it, but we won't be doing it ourselves or providing the infrastructure.

@scottgonzalez if community translates, will you add it to jQuery script's and website's repos? Or they will be separated repositories? Thanks!

We will not manage it in any way, including hosting repositories in the jQuery organization. Any community translation needs to be 100% managed by the community.
