I've got the same issue, those are errors in chrome
FYI: Using the Wayback machine, the version from August 14 is working on Firefox 68.0.1 (64-bit) (the submit button doesn't work, but the page and all of its elements loads).
Issue is still occurring.
Is this going to be fixed? I am in need of a cut down version of jquery mobile.
Please don't forget to add a "This software is no longer being maintained. Waste your time at your discretion by using it" note at the top of every page at jquerymobile.com.
Is this going to be fixed???
Even if they do, you shouls ask yourself: should I use a library that is so abandoned that its main download page has been down for two and a half months without a word from the devs?
If you like many of us are forced to keep using it because of legacy code, I would try @weedySeaDragon's suggestion (hadn't tried myself)
Another sign that this project is dead: at the bottom of every page of jquerymobile.com there's still the link to their twitter account. They haven't tweeted since 2017.
@teo1978 @weedySeaDragon suggestion just load the page but you can't download the library.

I think that was more of a suggestion for the devs on how to pinpoint when the bug started to occur than a way to possibly get the library.
Oh I see, sorry.
Is this going to be fixed???
The problem still persists.
Still a problem.
Haven't they fixed it yet???????

I don't think they'll ever fix this or any other issue.
The jquerymobile project seems pretty much dead. There has been no activity in the last 4 years (and probably nothing significant in a much longer period).
Actually I thought I had submitted a pull request to the repository for the website, to add a warning to the home page stating that the project is no longer maintained. I guess I thought about it so hard that I thought I had done it, because I can't find such pull request.
And now the issue has become one of an obsolete SSL version.
Closed without comment?
Seriously guys, its been a year, please atleast update the ssl version. It's still an issue and closed for no reason
For anyone reading this, the download builder eventually got fixed. In case it breaks again, please submit a new issue.
Getting infinite loading icon on Firefox, Chrome, Edge and IE.
