Custom download doesn't include any icon CSS

Using the download builder to create a custom build results in two CSS files, theme and structure, neither containing any icon definitions, e.g. .ui-icon-carat-r:after (used in listview). It looks like DB doesn't include jquery.mobile.icons.css at all.

Im going to close this we are switching to the new download builder where this wont be an issue
