Nuget individual packages are very old #181

The combined package is up to date (1.12.1), but ui.core + ui.sortable (for example) are still on 1.8.9 and looking for jQuery < 1.6.0 as a dependency

Any chance these could be updated? I don't want to grab the whole combined file.

Nuget packages are not maintained by the UI team.
