Get pre-release quick download link on homepage #74

There's currently no visual space to add another quick download link on the home page. Now that we're adding pre-releases to download/, it would make sense to get them on the home page as well.

Seems like we can just throw a banner at the top of the main banner with links to the zip and upgrade guide/changelog/whatever-docs-we-have. Since there's no current pre-release, there's nothing to do right now though.
