Get Rolling message appears every visit #122

The modal "Get Rolling..." message shows up every visit. While it was nice and informative the first time, on my hundredth visit it is just getting annoying.

Please add a way to permanently dismiss the message, such as a "Don't show this message again" checkbox + cookie. I'd be fine with the cookie holding onto a Themeroller version number, and showing the message again if the version changes and there is new information in the box.

@halcyon1234 - Thanks for the feedback. I am closing this ticket because we are going to work on a new ThemeRoller for 2.0 and won't work on requests for the current one, but we will keep it in mind for the new ThemeRoller.
