Before 1.4 a theme had link colors specfied for both bar and body. However, it was never possible to set the bar link colors in the ThemeRoller. In 1.4 we only have one set (a, a:visited, a:hover, a:active). Class ui-link has been deprecated. We still add that class to links in 1.4 but we don't use it in the default theme anymore.
