Things to look into:

jquery.mobile.theme.css and jquery.mobile.icons(.min).css are not on the CDN
we have to get all the PNG files in the images/icons-png/ directory from the CDN with curl

Maybe we should change the script so you can just copy files from the jQuery Mobile ZIP locally instead of pulling everything from the CDN.
