Cannot Import 1.4.0-RC1 Theme

When you import a 1.4.0-rc1 theme, the "Active" background and "Border" on the buttons revert to default and you cannot change it. Even by changing the color with the picker. Other elements change, but not the buttons.

@red2678 Hey Anthony, Yes, I noticed same phenomenon and posted it on Issue #163 You could correct it manually at the 4 locations mentioned, though.

I like your theme, by the way - nice.

@uGoMobi could you please verify that the latest on master fixes this as well? If this is indeed a duplicate of #163, then the fix for #163 should also fix this.
